A walk is a digital audio tour you play in your browser: a route, stops, narration and photos. It is for your own personal use. You may not copy, record, resell or share the audio or your access outside the people covered by your purchase.

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. You pay through Mollie with the methods shown at checkout. A group purchase covers the number of people you choose at checkout; each person plays the walk on their own phone.

You get access right after payment succeeds, for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can download a walk’s audio for offline use on your device. You need a phone with a browser, headphones, and, for automatic playback, location access; without location you can still play the stops by hand.

From 21 to 25 October 2026, High Tolerance is free. A free walk includes two places, one for you and one for a friend, and needs no payment. There is one free walk per email address, and you must be 18 or older. We can end or change this offer at any time. Afterwards the normal price and these terms apply.

A walk that has not launched yet can be pre-ordered. You pay when you pre-order, and your access, and the access period, starts on the launch date. Until then you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund by emailing us. If the launch is delayed we will let you know by email, and you can cancel for a full refund.

When you buy online you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content that starts straight away, that right ends once we have begun delivering it, but only if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you will be asked to confirm this:

“I want access to the walk to start immediately. I understand that I lose my right to withdraw once access has been provided.”

If you do not confirm, access starts after the 14 days have passed.

If the walk does not play, or the content does not match what we promised, email us at hello@misterhaze.com with what happened. We will fix it or, if we can’t, refund you. This is on top of your legal rights as a consumer, which these terms do not limit.

• The walks are for adults (18+). They pass coffeeshops and talk about cannabis; entering a coffeeshop is only allowed from 18.
• You walk at your own risk. Watch traffic, cyclists and trams, and do not look at your phone while crossing.
• Follow local rules. Consuming cannabis in public is not permitted in parts of Amsterdam. We describe places and history, we do not encourage anyone to break the law.
• GPS is not exact and places change. Opening hours, closures and routes can differ from what you hear; use your own judgement.

The audio, text, photos, illustrations and design belong to us or our licensors. Buying a walk gives you a personal licence to use it, not ownership.

We are responsible for the walk working as described. We are not liable for loss caused by things outside our control, such as your phone, mobile network, or the third-party sites and places along the route, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability (for example intent or gross negligence).

Tell us first at hello@misterhaze.com; we aim to reply within five working days. Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can go to the court there.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
