Only buy from a licensed coffeeshop

Being approached on the street, “psst, weed?”, happens constantly around the station and De Wallen. It's illegal, unregulated, and the product is frequently weak, cut with something else, or simply not what was promised. A licensed coffeeshop is tested and accountable; it's the only route the tolerance policy actually protects. Walk past, don't engage.
